I have my certificate- what now?

Congratulations! You are one of the lucky ones to have received a Lulu's Bespoke Bags gift certificate.

Firstly, I would like to get to know you a bit more so that I can help you design the perfect item. I would like to meet you via a zoom call or telephone call. This is so I can get a feel of what makes you tick.

Please send me an email or message via the contact details on your gift certificate (by email or phone message), stating your certificate code number and the message: I'm being Part of the Art, to get started. I will then get back to you with some options on dates for a chat.

If possible (depending on location), it would be great if we can meet in person. If not, Zoom is an option. That way I can show you all the colours and examples of bags.

If we do meet in person, you get to feel how lovely and soft cork leather is, and how light it is.

During the meeting, we will delve deeper; we will personalise your bag to your liking. It will be great fun and all part of creating your very own unique Lulu's Bag

• What is currently in your bag or wallet?
• What will you be using your new bag or wallet for?
• What size pockets do you need?
• What are your favourite colours?
• How do you wear your bag? Over your arm, shoulder, cross-body?
• What lining would you like?
• What colour hardware do you like?
